We are glad to say we made it safely to Idaho with minimal difficulty. We only got on one wrong plane and we still managed to make it to the right plane before it took off. So we didn't end up spending the night in the Seattle airport. Over all, a very good trip, with no major mishaps, can't complain.
Once in Idaho the kids had a blast at Grandma and Grandpa Risenmay's house. They played with their Uncles and Aunts, Grandma and Grandpa, Great-Grandparents, and cousins.
Daniel and Grandpa
Uncle James, so much fun
The kids got to visit Grandpa at the fire station and "drive" the fire trucks. They loved it!
Finally, the reason for a trip to the cold tundra of Idaho in December. We went to Aunt Karma's wedding, where we took lots of video and not very many pictures.

The trip home of the 23rd was a little more stressful, due to canceled and delayed flights. Again the kids did awesome and we made it home just in time for Christmas with Daddy. Christmas was a lot of fun with the Black side of the family. The kids opened their presents before Daddy and Mommy got out of bed. We came downstairs to paper all over the floor and the kids playing with all their new toys. At least they had fun. I didn't take a single picture all of Christmas day, maybe Grandma did. I do have two really cute red-nosed-reindeer. Merry Christmas.
