We have had a lot of fun and there is no way I could possibly remember all the things we been doing. So I picked some highlights, the few times we pulled the camera out (the borrowed one, because ours is broken - that's a good excuse for not properly photo documenting our summer and fall :).
Andrew and Madelyn were supper excited for Halloween this year. Andrew decided he was going to be a skeleton, so we sewed some bones on black sweats and he was ecstatic! Madelyn had a hard time deciding what she was going to be, changing her mind even when she was dressed. Sometimes she was a butterfly and the rest of the time she was a fairy. Regardless, she was supper cute and loved her tutu and wings. Daniel ended up being a cowboy because Grandma gave him a cowboy hat a few weeks ago and it was easy. He was the most handsome little cowboy ever though. He even had a little dance and loved when Madelyn and Andrew called him cowboy, instead of using his name.

The cousins at the trunk-r-treat

Our Maddy-Bug turned 4 today. She is the sweetest little girls. She told me today that she didn't know how she was ever going to thank me for her birthday cake. She can be a little (LOT) dramatic and emotional, and we wouldn't change it for the world! We're so glad we have this beautiful, funny, and loving little girl. Now we just need her to stop growing up so fast!

The cake she doesn't know how she'll ever thank us for!

Dan was way too busy eating cake to smile for the camera

Andrew turned 5 in September, started school (preschool), and played soccer this summer. Unfortunately, we are terrible parents and we didn't take a single picture at his birthday or on the first day of school. We were lucky enough to get some pictures from soccer this summer. He loved playing soccer and he and Madelyn are excited to play next summer. He is having tons of fun in preschool and loves to come home and tell Mom and Madelyn about all the things he is learning. It took Madelyn about a month to get used to having Drew gone twice a week, but now she plays by herself or with Dan, knowing that he'll be back soon.

Re-hydrating might have been his favorite part of soccer.

Taking a quick break to pose for the camera.

Just because he is so stinkin cute! This little man is a handful. He is so stubborn and thinks he is as just as big as the older kids. He hates to be left out and is constantly running to keep up with Andrew and Madelyn. He wakes up in the morning and immediately starts calling, "Drew, Drew up." He has recently decided that he doesn't need to sleep at night and since no one else is up he finds lots to keep himself busy. Like an entire bottle of body wash that he diligently spread over the bathroom on every surface reachable. Such a lovely mess to be woken up too when he was ready to have his hands washed. Unfortunately, he is just too darn cute, I can't ever be really mad at the little stinker.

So fun!!! I've been feeling like a terrible Mom too because I've been missing pictures of everything (without the excuse of a broken camera.) Sometimes I even bring it along but just don't think to take any pics. Like Halloween. Not one picture of Brennan in costume, and only 1 of Asher in half his costume. :-(
Thanks for the update. You guys are such a fun family!
You have such cute little kiddos. They are getting big. Time is goin too fast.
