July has been lots of fun for us this year. We started the month out with a camping trip with the entire Risenmay side of the family. The kids of course had a blast playing in the creek, riding the four-wheelers, and sleeping in the tent. Daniel slept about 15 hours straight the night we got home, poor kids were wiped out.

We were actually camping on Daniel's birthday, but we had a party for our cowboy when we got home and back into normal life. I am having trouble believing that my little Dan-the-man-o is 3! He was supposed to stay little. He is full of fun and is always up for anything that seems dangerous or challenging. He has no trouble keeping up with the big kids and doesn't like when we tell him he is too little for something. He loves to make everyone laugh and be the center of attention. We love this little man to pieces, even if he is a handful most of the time.

Daniel was very excited for his very own pair of cowboy boots (he's been wearing his cousins) and a horse to go with them. He wears his boots everywhere! We're not really sure if he just thinks they are the coolest thing in the world or if they are easy to put on.

Then after a couple busy weeks to finish out the semester mom FINALLY graduated. The kids have anxiously awaited this for awhile now. They are tired of getting up early in the morning to go to a baby-sitter and they are tried of hearing, "when mom's done with school we can______." They have been little troopers and just like the kids Ryan and I are excited to be done with this stage in our lives. Hopefully things will be a little less stressful now that only one of us is going to school. At least until #4 (A GIRL) arrives this fall.
